TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE COMMISSIONINGBY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ACCEPT MY TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
• I (the artist) have full rights to the art
• I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable accepting
• I reserve the right to promote myself by using the commission (if you do not wish to be tagged / have your commission shared / streamed, please make sure to fill in the relevant fields in the order form or contact me separately)
• The client cannot edit, trace or claim the artwork as their own
• The artwork is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for profit (e.g. selling merchandise) unless commercial-use fee is paid (please refer to the price page)
• The client cannot redistribute the artwork without crediting me, but may freely share it with credit
• If the client wishes for the commission to be private (i.e. no posting / streaming), a privacy fee of 10% will be added
• Estimated delivery time is 1 - 8 weeks depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission (delivery time of rush orders is <1 week)
• If additional information is required and the client is unable to respond in a timely manner, the commission may be delayed
• If the client is unable to respond for 2 weeks without notice the commission may be cancelledPAYMENT
• All prices and payments are in USD (please refer to the price guide for prices)
• Payments will be completed via PayPal
• Payments must be made in full before I begin the commission
• Payments must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the invoice or the commission will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon prior to commissioningPROCESS

• The client will be charged extra (up to 50% of full price) for additional revisions (prices vary depending on the type of commission and complexity of revisions)
• Complete revisions start at minimum 50% of full price (prices vary depending on the type of commission and complexity of revisions)
• Once the sketches are approved, I will finalize the order
• Before the completed files are sent, the client will be asked for approval and some minor adjustments may be allowed if necessary (e.g. color changes)
• Completed orders will be uploaded to google drive
• The commission is considered complete once the files have been shared and modifications can no longer be made at this pointOTHER
• Please ensure your commission is in compliance with the guidelines of the platform you wish to use it on - I am not responsible for your commission being denied by Twitch, Discord or other platforms
• If you are happy with my work and would like to tip me, you may do so via PayPal or my ko-fiCANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
• Cancellation is not possible after payment unless I have not yet started the commission, in which case the paypal fee will be discounted from the refund
• A refund may be issued only if I am unable to fulfill the order, in which case the paypal fee will be discounted from the refundprevious update: 08/08/2024

Commission process

Please refer to my trello for following your commission1. Submit an order via the commission order form
(please write clearly and provide references if possible)2. I will contact you to confirm the order
(I may request additional clarification if necessary)
• Confirmed orders will be moved to "accepted orders"(if no slots are available, you will remain in the waitlist until slots become available. You can pay immediately or when I am able to start your order)3. I will send a PayPal invoice to your email and notify you
• Orders move into "in progress" as soon as they are paid and there is a slot available4. I will begin sketching once the payment has been completed in full5. I will send the sketches to you and you may request up to 3 revisions for free
• Cost of additional revisions depends on the type of commission and how much is changed
• If I miss something that has been specified, the revision will not be counted towards total revisions6. Once the sketches are approved, I will complete the order
• Please refer to my trello for progress updates, however, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions
• Before I send you the files, I will ask you to approve the final artwork (you may request minor adjustments if necesary, e.g. color changes)7. Once approved, I upload the files to google drive and send you the link to download the files
• File formats and sizes are specified in the price guide8. The commission is considered complete once the files have been shared
